Sick Factor Wrestling Podcast Debut

First off, I want to make it clear that having the HIAC PPV 2 WEEKS after Night of Champions was a BIG “doh!” moment from the WWE. If the WWE Universe knew for a fact they were getting something like we saw close the MITB ppv-I’m sure a lot of people would purchase this. This whole ‘Del Rio/SuperCena/Punk Triangle is getting old. I think Alberto Del Rio needs to add something to the package. For me- the Car entrance has been so over done and should be left at JBL. ‘Del Rio can barilly speak english on the microphone. I don’t know how many more times I can take hearing him say “chan cena” or “Keppin Nach.” etc.

BOTTOM LINE. WWE DROPPED THE BALL WITH CM PUNK. CM PUNK should have won the WWE CHAMPIONSHIP at Summerslam. End of story. Kevin Nash should have only been used if they were going to use him to build a stable. Don’t get me wrong, he would have SUCKED as a performer. – Nash being a ‘Leader’ to a HEEL stable with Truth, Miz, Ziggler, and Swaggie Time would have worked. -But when i think of this idea, I automatically assume they would form a super troop of WWE Babyfaces that no one cares about. I can just see it now. Survivor Series- TEAM NASH (truth, miz, ziggler, swaggie time) vs Team SuperDouches (Cena, Morrison, Bourne & Kingston) PUKE. This is the crap that ruins my experience as a wrestling fan..

I’ve been watching wrestling since I was 5 years old with my grandpa. I remember watching the crowd chant “GOLDDDBERRRGG…GOLDDDDBERGGG…GOLDDBERRGGGG” then *BOOM* the thunderous percussion would hit the arena and you would see the backstage shot of what appeared to be an unleashed animal walking to the ring escorted by security. HOW BADASS WAS THAT?!. That was the good WCW. As for WWE, I remember seeing someone talk trash in the middle of the ring just waiting for the Glass to shatter. That was the highlight of every Monday night from age 7-12. I’d flip to TNT to see if The NWO had come out yet- not yet…I see Norman Smiley facing Disco Inferno in a Pink Slip on a pole match. I flip back to USA. I see HHH and Shawn Michaels in the ring mimmicking The Rock and his ‘Nation of Domination.’

This is one of the finer moments i remember as a wrestling fan. I’d always get mad at my grandpa when NWO was whipping ass and he’d turn it to USA to see if Stone Cold was whoppin Vince’s ass. We had those arguements a lot.

I have A LOT to discuss about wrestling. I’ve listened to many wrestling podcasts and my emotions with the Current WWE/TNA product have got me fumed so much that I have finally decided to start my own podcast to discuss with people on twitter and my close friends. It will be called “Sick Factor Wrestling Podcast.”

Simple enough eh?
